Left unfinished at Hergé's death in 1983, *Tintin and Alph-Art* (1986) was meant to explore the world of cults and lead Tintin into a realm cherished by Georges Remi, known as Hergé: that of contemporary art, that of the avant-garde... While this posthumous album can only hint at the storyline of this suspended tale, it nonetheless stands as a testament to the pure state of the extraordinary narrative and graphic talent of Tintin's creator. Like this adventure, like Tintin, we too, as readers, remain magically suspended by Hergé's pen.
