Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday morning-orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Delivery
- France Mainland: Free delivery to a pick-up point for orders over €80.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over €150 within a 1km radius of our store.
Deliveries are made from 2 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery day.
In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at 211 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 hours during store hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
In-Store Pickup Hours:
- Monday: 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping services.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. L’Oiseau de Paradis is not responsible for these fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stgermain@loiseaudeparadis.fr with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipments to or from P.O. Boxes are not allowed with our standard services, as a signature is required upon delivery.
P.O. Boxes are located in post offices with open access, and no one is responsible for accepting packages, making it impossible to obtain a signed delivery receipt. Therefore, express couriers do not provide standard delivery to P.O. Boxes.
If you wish to send or receive a package to/from a P.O. Box, it is always at your own risk. Insurance does not cover issues such as loss, theft, or damage.
Packages sent to P.O. Boxes that cannot be delivered will be returned to the sender. Any costs associated with storage and reshipping will be charged.
We also do not accept addresses corresponding to U.S. military and naval P.O. Boxes (APO and FPO), British Forces Post Offices in England (BFPO), and Germany (FEDELPOSTAMT) for security reasons.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full amount of the order plus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at stgermain@loiseaudeparadis.fr with your order number and a photo of the item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
