Returns
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your item for a store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your items back may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can exchange a returned item for a new item. Simply let us know that you would like to make an exchange, and the item will be reserved for you until we receive the returned items. If there is a price difference between the items, you will be refunded or a payment link will be sent to collect the difference during the exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
