RETURNS
If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, meaning it must be unworn and unused, with its tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can exchange a returned item for a new one. Simply let us know that you would like to make an exchange and the item will be reserved for you until we receive the returned items. If there is a price difference between the items, you will be refunded or a payment link will be sent to you in order to collect the difference during the exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
