Bécassine was born in 1905 in the pages of La Semaine de Suzette, drawn by Joseph Pinchon: the first great heroine of comics, before the word even existed. Her silhouette, with its Breton headdress and green dress, has been part of the French imagination for more than a century, with faithful admirers in every generation.
Our selection brings together her two families of figurines, all by Plastoy: pocket-sized PVC pieces from 8 euros, perfect to start a collection or to go with a gift; and the 18 to 20 cm Collectoys resins, made for collectors: Bécassine ice-skating, in the wind, with Loulotte or under her umbrella.
Some references sell out quickly and return with restocks: if a model escapes you, come back and see us, online or at 211 boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris, where L'Oiseau de Paradis has been advising lovers of beautiful images since 1932.
