Tintin in America (French Edition)

In Tintin in America (1932), the hero confirms his vocation as a righter of wrongs, opposing the mafioso Al Capone, the Chicago gangsters, and crooks of every kind. Even then, Hergé displays a generous view of the world, denouncing, for example, white people for their behavior toward the Red Indians. Tintin’s fame extends beyond the Atlantic.
