Porsche 917K Model 1/12 - 1970 Le Mans Winner

After missing out on the overall victory at the 24 Hours of France the previous year, the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer Porsche finally triumphed in 1970. Driven by Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood, the red Porsche 917K won the race with a five-lap lead over their teammates Larrousse/Kauhsen. This historic result was complemented by Porsche victories in all (!) categories.
