An iconic toy, made in Europe since 1909. A marotte is a puppet mounted on a stick, often used to entertain young children. It generally consists of a character whose head emerges from a fabric cone. The cone opens at the back; you can slip your hands inside to animate the character’s arms or hide a treasure there. Length with rod: 53 to 60 cm.
