Like any self-respecting Native American, the sachem seen in Tintin in America (plate 20, panel D3) sports a magnificent feathered headdress. Here he is portrayed as a war chief, arms outstretched and tomahawk in hand, giving his troops instructions to track down the Belgian Pale-Face visiting his lands.
