The llama has a thick white coat. Its wool is extraordinarily soft, keeps you wonderfully warm and is suitable for people with allergies. Llamas look like camels without humps. They come from the Andes in South America and feed on plants and grass. They have a split lip and are famous for spitting at their rivals to settle the pecking order within their herd.
Towards humans, though, they are especially friendly and gentle.
