In Destination Moon (plate 44, panel B3), it is in an astronaut suit and with stars in his eyes that Haddock discovers the rocket developed by Professor Tournesol. So the 'clown', as he has just nicknamed him, wasn't fibbing after all. His plan for a trip to the Moon is very real indeed. Who would have thought?
